In 1993 opgericht door John McBain van Monster Magnet en Matt Cameron en Ben Shepherd van Soundgarden. Die laatste twee hadden ook zijproject Hater. ‘Declaration…’ kwam in 1997 uit op het Mudhoney gelieerde Super Electro label… the dayglo world of sixties psychedelia, channelling the vibrations of Syd Barrett’s Pink Floyd and the 13th Floor Elevators to produce the garage lo-fi-lysergic assault on the senses that is their debut album.
