Dit werk ging 29 maart 2003 in première in zaal Olivier Messiaen van Radio France. Zij hadden de klassieke avant-garde componist Pierre Henry de opdracht gegeven om een exclusief werk te componeren. ‘Labyrinthe’ bestaat uit tien delen… the breath and dynamics of his own music, quickly appear. Through this sonic maze, a music arises, utterly focused on sounds, their development and their use, which Pierre Henry applies with extraordinary clarity and determination.
